Ordered from a TikTok ad, got no product and the website is gone

I saw an ad for ShopSmileSync on TikTok and ordered something from their website on February 13th. It cost me $39.99. I got an order confirmation email right after, but that was it. I never got any shipping information.

Now the website looks totally empty, like all the products are gone. I tried calling their customer service number, 705-990-4127, and emailed [email protected], but no one ever answers or replies. It feels like the whole thing just vanished after they took my money.
