Bought something from a TikTok ad and never got it

I saw this brand on TikTok and clicked the link right to their website. I made a purchase, got a confirmation email, and it even showed up on my Shop app that tracks packages. I paid extra for expedited shipping too so I figured it would come in a few days.

Well after about three weeks I realized nothing ever showed up. I reached out to them twice and got no response at all. It’s been two months now and I still haven’t gotten anything. I had to file a dispute with my bank and I’m just waiting on them to sort it out. Lost $89.95.
