Signed up for streaming service and now they won't let me cancel

I signed up for this streaming service from shortical.com and after a week I decided to cancel. The app or website wouldn't let me cancel at all, kept giving me errors and saying contact support. So I emailed them at [email protected].

They said they would credit my account and cancel everything. Then the next email they said they can't cancel the account on their end. So they just kept billing me. I lost about $17.27 total. I had to call my bank and report it as fraud to get them to stop.
