Unauthorized charge for $37.87, can't reach the company

I saw a charge on my bank statement for $37.87. I didn't buy anything for that amount. The statement listed a number, so I called 866-483-2283. It was just a recording saying "Shower Envey" and then it put me on hold. I never spoke to a real person.

I called again early the next day and left a message. No one has contacted me back at all. It doesn't make sense. I'm going to have to go to my bank about this on Friday.
