Someone used my old address to start a fake LLC without me knowing

I found out someone used my personal info to start a fake business. They made an LLC called SIGNATTI STYLE LLC with the Massachusetts Secretary of State and used my old address. I think it came from the Veriff or Total Wireless data breach from late 2025. They also tried opening accounts at a bunch of places like North American Bank Bancard, Nuvei, Ecrypt, Paysafe, Payzeng, Pegasus, and MicroBilt.

They made a website at signattistyle.com and had a phone number (857) 857-9260 and an email [email protected] to look real. The website is down now. I have identity theft reports and Boston police reports if anyone needs to see them. I didn't lose any money but this whole thing is a mess.
