Bought a photo book after they said my picture was used

I got a call or maybe an email saying my picture was used in some book. They offered me 50% off so I bought the book on April 8, 2026. I paid $34.98.

Never heard anything after that. No updates, no book, nothing. I didn’t think much of it until today June 16, 2026 when I finally googled the company. That’s when I saw it’s a scam. Their website is silentsparkpress.com. I just feel stupid now.
