Call saying my case has income withholding with no company name

Got a call from someone named Silverman. Said my case reached a final disposition of income withholding. They said it was our final attempt to contact me or my attorneys. Left a number to call back at 859-379-6417.

The caller ID showed (435) 240-8040. Never heard of these people before. No company name on the call, just said Silverman with AI legal partners. Sounded like a phishing thing.

Didn't lose any money but it felt strange. I don't owe anything like that.
