Keeps billing me every month for something I canceled

I ordered a product on Facebook and when I got it I called the phone number and told them to cancel because it didn’t work. Now every month since March they keep billing my account 73.67 per month. They are stealing money from my account.

I called my bank and they told me they are not an institution that helps people to reclaim funds that are fraudulent. So I don’t know what to do. They just keep taking money.
