Scammed on a fake passport website that took my money

I was trying to apply for a passport for my baby daughter and got scammed. I found their website on a google search and it looked legit. It ends in ".org" but I only realized that after I paid them $104.88. When I checked my credit card, the charge was to some place called "Simple-Sign-File.com." Never heard of that before. The phone number is from Florida.

They started calling me right after I called them, and they email me even on weekends. The emails don't look professional at all, not like something from a real government office. It's scary that they have all my daughter's personal information now. They could use it to open bank accounts or get credit cards.
