Hair removal cream turned into a subscription nightmare with no way to stop it
I sent a notice saying I wanted to return it to the only address I have which is the email. No response. Then I said I was gonna turn it over to the BBB and they finally answered. They said they’d refund me 80% of the second shipment. That was like two days ago. I wrote to them two or three times saying cancel cancel. Today I got another shipment.
I don’t know how to stop it. I don’t have any other info except what I gave you and copies of the emails back and forth. I can send a picture of the box too if you want.
