Signed up for a weight loss thing and now they keep charging me and I can't cancel

I bought a weight loss product and I guess I signed up for some program without knowing it. I don't remember doing it and I never even used it. But now they keep charging me every month. $59.99 sometimes and $29.99 other times.

I went to their website to try and cancel and the instructions were just impossible. Like really convoluted and all over the place. I called my credit card company to see if they could block the charges and they said I have to deal with the source first.

So my complaint is about Simple, not the bank. I just want them to stop taking money out for something I never signed up for.
