Ordered a ring and got ignored for months
That finally got me a long excuse about why the ring hadn’t shipped. She said it would go out by the end of the week. I asked for a refund instead and then she just stopped responding again. This was almost two months ago now. She blocked me from commenting, so I had someone else comment for me because that’s the only way to get any kind of reply from her.
She didn’t even respond to that, but a refund did finally come through. If there are problems or delays, that’s one thing, but you have to tell people. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business.
