Ordered a ring months ago and still nothing, no replies

I ordered a ring from simplisticbyb.com on January 28th, order number #20726. It was 63 dollars and 95 cents. On February 10th I got an email saying there was a delay because they moved and my order would go out soon. That was it.

I emailed them three times since then asking for an update, a tracking number, and finally just a refund. No reply at all. I also messaged the owner on TikTok and nothing. I left a comment on their social media asking for a response and they deleted it. Their website says production takes 1-2 weeks. It's been almost 4 months now.

Ordered a ring online and never got it, company won't reply

I ordered a ring from simplisticbyb.com and never received it. I paid $150 for it. I've tried to contact the company maybe ten times now and got no response at all. I even left comments on their social media pages about my order, and they just keep deleting them. The address they have is in Texas. I just want my money back or the ring I paid for.
