Ordered household goods and never got anything back

I ordered from simplygoodstuff.com on May 17th. They charged my card $13.99 right away. That was months ago and I still don't have the stuff I paid for.

I sent them six cancellation requests. No refund, no product, nothing. They just took my money. The website looks like they sell normal household items but they don't actually send anything out. I checked their address in Webster, NY and tried calling (800) 724-6693 but nobody picks up. Emailed [email protected] too. No reply.

I'm out the money and I'm not the only one. I just want them to stop taking people's money for nothing.
