Ordered items online, never got them or a refund.

I placed an order on simplygoodstuff.com and my card was charged $37.50. I never got the stuff. When I finally contacted them, they just said the item was out of stock.

I tried to get my money back. I sent emails to [email protected] and tried calling the number. No one ever replied. I tried numerous times and got nothing. No refund, no items, no explanation.
