Wedding band session canceled after we flew to Hawaii

My wife and I booked a wedding band-making session with Sip and Smith for our honeymoon in Hawaii. We set it up with an employee named Kelsey about six weeks before. Because they confirmed it, we planned our whole trip around it - hotel and rides to and from their place.

When we got to Hawaii, Kelsey canceled our session. Just like that. We asked for a refund and they said no. After that I looked up reviews online and saw a bunch of other people saying the same thing happened to them. Pay for a session, they cancel it, no refund. Seems like that's just how they operate.

Bro, a hurricane hit and knocked out our power. You choose not to rent a rental car one of the other 6 days you had left here bc it was too expensive and you knew if you didn’t you were going to loose your money. Instead you spent the next two days of your vacation bashing me bc I wouldn’t come pick you up in Waikiki. Meanwhile half the island was under water and all of the island except tourist hotels was out of power for no less than 3 days.

Jewelry class booked three times and never happened

I found this page on Instagram, it was called Sip and Smith and I wanted to make jewelry. So I contacted her and wanted to book a class. She said to pay her through Chime or Cash App to avoid fees, so I did. That was $175.

First time she canceled the class. I rescheduled. Then the second time she canceled again because she said she didn’t have enough people to come. I gave it another try.

On the third time I drove all the way over there to the address she gave me on Waianae valley road in Hoolehua, Hawaii. And she forgot about me. I waited for her. Then she finally responded and said that there was nobody going to come and she forgot about me. I never got my money back.

Do I need to post those? I really don’t want to expose you as a thief bc I have class but I can if you continue to defame my company. Or I can just go to the school and show them these transactions.
