Charged $99 after entering a free spice rack giveaway on Facebook

I saw a post on Facebook saying Kinders was giving away free spice racks. It said they picked 10 people a day. When I clicked, it said I won but had to pay for shipping. I put in my credit card for the $9.97 shipping charge.

About five minutes later, I saw the charge on my card. It wasn't just the shipping. There was another charge for $99. Both charges were to sitecareassist. I never got any email after that to confirm my spice rack or anything.

I tried to contact sitecareassist support. They haven't answered my emails. The phone number just goes straight to voicemail. I looked them up and they aren't even a spice company. They're some kind of website service. This whole thing feels like a scam.
