Ordered jeans online and never got them after money was taken

I ordered some jeans and never got them. The amount was taken out of my checking account, $39.97. My bank actually called me and asked if I had ordered something and I said yes without knowing it was a scam. Now I know since I didn't get the jeans.

The website was msn, and the email they used was [email protected]. The address they gave is 240 Manning Hill Road, Richmond, NH 03470. The phone number was (603) 239-8996. I just wanted the jeans or my money back.
