Booked a flight through Skyscanner and ended up with a stolen ticket

I booked a flight through Skyscanner and it routed me to sky-tours.com. They issued the ticket. It was for an Alaska Airlines flight. Alaska flagged the purchase as fraudulent because the website was using stolen airline miles.

I lost $250.00. I didn't know anything about stolen miles. I just wanted a ticket. Now I'm out the money and no one is helping. Their email is [email protected] and the website is https://www.sky-tours.com/. I don't know what else to do.
