Paid for a gorilla cart from a fake Lowe's survey and now they won't let me cancel

I got a call from someone saying they were from Lowe’s Home store. They had my name, phone number, and address so it felt legit. They said if I took a survey I could buy a gorilla cart for just 9.95. So I did the survey and paid the 9.95.

Turns out it wasn't a purchase. It entered me into some sweepstakes thing that renews every month. I tried to end it but I can't get through to anyone. The phone number just rings and I emailed [email protected] but got no reply. So now I'm stuck in this thing.
