Paid shipping for a free laptop and now no one answers

I saw this thing online about a free laptop, you just pay the shipping. So I went to their website skyburst-network.store and it seemed legit enough. I followed through with their contact info they gave me, paid the $9.99 for shipping.

Now the email they sent goes nowhere, the website doesn't work right. Tried calling 1 (844) 883-4511 and nobody picks up. Just rings. I don't know what happened but I feel stupid for falling for it.
