Job offer turned into spam calls after I said no

I applied for a job and they offered me the position. Everything seemed normal at first. Then I decided I didn't want to do the work anymore so I told them no.

Now they won't stop calling me from (983) 955-8023. They also sent emails from [email protected]. They have a website at https://dash-skyroute.com/user/profile.php and an address at 1440 Blake St Unit 104, Denver, CO 80202.

I never gave them any money but they keep spam calling me. It's just annoying at this point.
