Order from Sleetfeets.com never shipped, no way to contact them

I placed an order on Sleetfeets.com and my money was taken, $94.99. They never shipped anything. I've tried contacting their customer support so many times. I sent emails to [email protected] and got nothing back. There's no phone number to call either, just that one number (000) 000-0000 which doesn't help. I've gotten no response at all. It's just my money gone.
