Got a package I didn’t order with someone else’s name on it

I got a package in the mail I never ordered. It’s a long sleeve shirt with some custom print on it, but the name on it isn’t mine. I have no idea who it belongs to.

I don’t know if someone tried to make me pay for it or what. So far nothing has shown up on my bank or anything.

I’m just keeping my eyes open for now. The return address says 1228 San Pedro St. in Los Angeles and the email on it was [email protected]. The phone number was 1(301) 704-7799. Weird.
