Ordered slim tide and got charged twice for the same order

I bought their product slim tide. 6 bottles for 294.00. After I paid I got a phone call asking if I just purchased their product and they wanted me to repeat the info I gave them. I felt like he was trying to get my credit card number so I just hung up.

Then I looked and saw my order was changed to my credit card and they charged me twice for the same order. I called the bank and had them remove the second charge. Then I found out the product was a scam anyway. I sent back the six bottles and they got them back, I have the tracking number to prove it. Its been over a month now since they got their product back and all I get is run around about when I will get my money back. I am not giving up.
