Won money on a betting app but they won’t let me withdraw

I used this app called Slips.com. It’s supposed to be a peer-to-peer betting thing. I made some deposits, played my chances, and I actually earned some winnings. But now they will not process my withdrawal request. It has been over a month now.

Their website says to reach out after 14 business days if there is a problem. I have sent countless emails to [email protected]. Some of them were just ignored. For the most part I get the same unhelpful response every time. Nothing happens.

Also the app makes you buy a membership just to be able to bet higher dollar amounts and access more earnings. That feels like a pinch. I have read online about multiple people with the same issue. Their address is 6230 Wilshire Blvd Ste 2191 in Los Angeles. I lost about $190.
