I ordered two pairs of Miami sandals from Slyde on March 19th, 2026. They were $14.99 each so total was about $30. My order number was #13899.
I never got anything. No sandals showed up. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody wrote back. The website is Slyde and they have an address in Pensacola, FL 32506. Phone number they gave was (850) 450-5820.
I just want my money back or the sandals. It's been a while now and nothing.

Ad on Facebook for sandals that never showed up
I seen an ad on FB that had some cute Project Cloud sandals. They had multiple colors and I purchased 2 pair for $9.99 each. That was like 29.98 total I think. The website was Slyde.
Never got anything in the mail. No tracking number or anything. Just took my money. I tried finding a phone number or email but there is nothing on the site. No company name really either. Just feels like I got ripped off.
