No flip flops and no refund from Instagram ad

I bought a pair of brown crocs-like flip flops from an ad on Instagram on March 11, 2026. I emailed them a few times at [email protected] but never got a refund. The product never came.

Now the website buyslyde.com is gone and I can't even find the company anymore. I lost 20 dollars. Just nothing from them at all.
