Ordered sandals from a Facebook ad and never got them

I saw an ad on Facebook for Slyde Crocs Miami Sandals. I went ahead and bought three pairs in different colors—coffee, black, and milk chocolate. The total came to $49.98. I placed the order back on March 15th.

I still haven’t received anything. No sandals, no tracking, nothing. I’ve replied to their email a few times trying to find out what’s going on. All I got back was that automated message they send. I’m including my order info with this. It’s just really frustrating.
