Getting harassing loan calls after using slyde.com

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, even after I tell them to stop. They're very aggressive and rude about it. I never applied for any loan with them.

I think they got my number from when I used slyde.com. I made an online purchase there and lost $21. It's been going on for weeks now. I blocked that number, but they just call from different ones.

It's really stressing me out. I just want them to leave me alone.
