Ordered from smacksack.shop and never got my stuff

I placed an order on June 3, 2026 from that website smacksack.shop. It was for about 16 bucks. I still haven't gotten anything shipped to me.

I tried contacting them three times through email at [email protected] and even called that number 1(419) 348-8959. I just wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. Nobody ever replied. Nothing. Not a single response. So now I'm out the money and no product.

Ordered a hacky sack from a website that never sent anything

I ordered from this website smacksack.shop back on May 14th. It was supposed to be for the hacky sack thing that’s popular right now. They took my money, $15, and I never got anything.

After I paid, I couldn’t get ahold of them at all. No replies to emails or anything. It’s pretty obvious they’re just taking people’s money and not sending the product. Total scam.
