They said they were working with Aidvantage on my school loans

I got a call from these people at (855) 200-1971 and they said they were working with Aidvantage/ACT to help process my consolidated school loan debt. It sounded legit at first.

They took multiple payments of $299 from me. Total I lost $900. I thought they were actually helping with my student loans but it was a full on scam. Their website is smartfileservices.com and they have an address in Henderson NV.

I haven’t been able to get all of the money back. I keep getting emails from [email protected] but no real help.
