Unexpected charge for a service I never signed up for

I just saw a charge on my Citi card for $49.98 from something called Smarty-Me. The website is live.smarty-me.com. I have no idea who they are. I don't have their app, I've never gotten an email from them, nothing.

I tried to email them through their website. Their instructions say to cancel a subscription you have to use their app. I don't have the app and I'm not downloading it just to cancel something I never even ordered.

I'm disputing the charge with Citi. This whole thing doesn't make any sense.
