Instagram ad for Smarty Me charged me more than I agreed to

I saw their ad on Instagram for Smarty Me. It seemed interesting and for $19.99 I could get 3 months which seemed like a fair deal so I used Apple Pay. Then they proceeded to charge me $19.99 then another $19.99 and then $9.99. I never authorized them to keep my data or for any additional payment.

When I contacted customer care they explained that there were more courses and books that my account needed. They never said anything about it and they just charged me. This is a fraud or scam do not use them. Ban them from the USA.
