Bought their product after a long pitch and then endless emails to buy more

I listened to their 45 minute pitch and figured I'd take a chance and buy one. Well that wasn't the end of it. Email after email wanting me to purchase more stuff. If this thing was supposedly so good, why do I need another one? Email after email, on and on.

I chose to cancel but I guess not soon enough. I got the package and never even opened it. Still, email after email trying to get me to buy something more. So I started emailing them asking for return instructions. Took about 7 to 10 emails before they finally gave me the info. And of course I had to pay the $15 postage myself.

Then it was another three weeks of asking where my refund was. I finally got it back but they took out $4.99 for some lifetime guarantee thing I never agreed to. Hope the product works for you and you didn't get sucked into buying a bunch more like I almost did.

Took my money while I was watching their video

I was trying to order something for my spinal stenosis. They said to watch a video first before finishing the order. While I was watching it, they just reached in and took my money out of my account.

During the video I decided I didn't want to order it anymore but it was already too late. I called that number (299) 544-5875 a bunch of times and emailed [email protected] too. Never got any reply back. Lost $119.99.
