Vacuum broke in a week and they want me to pay to return it
I bought a cordless vacuum from snapbuy.us for about 350 bucks. Within a week it was already defective, just stopped working right. I emailed them at [email protected] a bunch of times asking for a refund or return and they just ignored me.
Finally I told them I was going to report the charge to my credit card company as fraud. Then a week later they got back to me saying I had to send the item back first for a refund or replacement, and that I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I really doubt I would ever see a refund or even get a replacement if I send it back. So I am not paying more of my own money for this thing.
