Snapchat ad took my money for 10 items and never sent anything

I saw this commercial on Snapchat, it was advertising 10 items for $25. So I ordered two orders of them, spent $50 total. I ain't got nothing yet, and no word from them at all. No tracking number, no email, nothing. Just took my money and disappeared.
