Promo code worked then disappeared at checkout

I saw an online promotion ad for a discount with a promo code. I entered the code on Snapper’s website and it worked, the discount showed up in my cart total. I even refreshed the next day and it was still there.

So I went to finalize the purchase and the discount was gone. They added a new restriction that wasn’t there before. I called customer service at (855) 693-2749 and they just said sorry, nothing we can do.

This is false advertising. They advertised a code online, their system accepted it, then they changed the price after.
