Paid $4500 for a golf cart that never showed up

I ordered a golf cart from their website and paid $4000.00 for the cart plus a $500.00 flat fee for shipping. They gave me a delivery date and it never came. So I called the number on the site, (848) 236-9340, and they told me I needed to pay an extra $1000.00 for insurance. I said no.

Now I'm out $4500 and no golf cart. They have an address listed as 884 US Highway in Branchburg, NJ 08876 but I don't know if that's even real. Their website is snoiagcllc.us. I just wanted what I paid for.
