Paid for shipping to send essentials home and got nothing

I got a text from snowpacs. They said they could help with shipping to send things back home. I paid $280 for it. Their phone is (437) 248-5004 and the email is [email protected]. The address they gave is 360 eddystone ave in North York.

They prey on people like me, on work permits, just trying to send essentials to family after the storms. I trusted them to help. They ignored me after I paid. They missed every shipping deadline. They show no remorse at all. They just keep taking hard-earned money and belongings from people who can't afford to lose it. It's very sad.
