Ordered a couch and never got it, they tried charging me again

I ordered a couch from thesnugcloud.com. It said delivery in 3-7 days. A week went by and nothing. Then I saw they tried to charge my card again for another amount. I contacted them through their email [email protected].

They just ignored the whole extra charge thing and told me it would ship in 2 days. That was a while ago. No couch, no reply since. I’m out $29. Their address says 50 washington square s in New York but I don’t know if that’s real. Phone number they used was (315) 509-4949.

Still waiting. Nothing.
