Ordered from SnuggledRobe.com, got the wrong item in an opened package

I placed an order on the SnuggledRobe.com website. I waited a whole month for the package to arrive. When it finally showed up, the item inside wasn't what I ordered at all. Not even close.

To make it worse, the package had already been opened before I got it. There's no return address listed on their website. They just tell you to email them at [email protected]. I'm sure if I try that, I won't get any response back.

I lost $69.15 on this.
