TikTok ad for FIFA Store jerseys took my money and nothing came

I saw this ad on TikTok for something called FIFA Store. It was advertising jerseys on sale so I clicked the link and ordered one. Paid with Apple Pay, it was like 57 dollars and some change.

That was a while ago and I never got the jersey. The website was www.soccer-us.com and the email they gave was [email protected]. I tried emailing them but nobody ever wrote back. I just want my money back or the jersey.
