Ordered clothes that never came, got charged twice from a fake tracking site.

I made a purchase from Soflinn.com for an 8 pack of pants and a 4 pack of tops. I tracked it for 34 days and it finally said delivered, but there was no package. I contacted the company and they said they'd reship it with expedited shipping, which they said would take 7 to 15 days. Then it showed delivered again and still nothing.

I was charged twice for this. I found out the tracking site they gave me is fake. It's a scam to push the dispute date back so I can't even dispute the charges or ask for a refund anymore. I lost over $40.
