Bought clothes from this website and never got anything

They have a website where you buy clothes. It lied and it was us US on my purchase on January 31, 2026. I paid in full and it says it would be here 3-4 business days. I never received nothing ever.

After a month or longer, I contacted the email and they said it was delivered and I said no I never got it, nothing at all and they even put the wrong zip code on my receipt. They said that they will send another shipment. I gave them my address again making sure they had my correct zip code and then I waited again and never got it either. I never have gotten anything whatsoever. I checked everything my house my post office— never ever ever received anything.

I told them I want a refund they finally agreed and said it was approved and I’ll get it. Another wait and I asked again where’s my refund, they give me the runaround over and over. Making excuses. I’m so uneasy because my credit card was used to pay for it. Now I am not getting my refund and never got my order I bought.

Ordered clothes that never came, got charged twice from a fake tracking site.

I made a purchase from Soflinn.com for an 8 pack of pants and a 4 pack of tops. I tracked it for 34 days and it finally said delivered, but there was no package. I contacted the company and they said they'd reship it with expedited shipping, which they said would take 7 to 15 days. Then it showed delivered again and still nothing.

I was charged twice for this. I found out the tracking site they gave me is fake. It's a scam to push the dispute date back so I can't even dispute the charges or ask for a refund anymore. I lost over $40.
