Ordered clothes from Softari, never got them, and then my card was used on a weird site

I ordered clothes for my wife for Valentine's Day from the Softari website. They never gave me any shipping information or a tracking number. Then they claimed the item was delivered, but it never was. We have a Blink Ring camera at the front door, so we know nothing came.

After I bought the item, my debit card was used to make purchases on some other very low-quality website. I didn't authorize that at all. I'm out the money for the clothes and now I have this other problem.
