Ordered in May still no package and they won’t refund
They gave me a tracking number but the tracking is really confusing. It said the package was in California and Ohio at the same time? And it hasn't been updated since the beginning of June. I contacted the company and they said they cannot refund the money until the package is marked as lost. They told me I could decline the package or send it back or just try the product. But none of that works because I never got the product in the first place.
I have contacted them again and again but they stopped replying. I am going to call my credit card company now to see if they can reverse the charges.
