Ordered custom mirrors but they shipped a tiny package to the wrong address

I placed an order back on November 27th, 2025. I still haven't received it. Instead of coming to my address, the package got sent somewhere else. I got a verification statement from USPS that confirmed it. The delivery address wasn't mine, it went to a different place on December 26th.

The thing that got delivered only weighed 4 ounces. That doesn't make any sense because I bought two 2XL customized LED mirrors. Those would weigh a lot more than that. My money is just gone.
