Ordered shoes from a site, got fake tracking and no delivery

I saw this site advertising Hey Dude shoes for just $10 a pair. I thought, wow, that's a great deal. So I bought four pairs, it came to about $41 total. They sent me a link to track my package on a site called track718. For a while it looked like it was moving, but then it just updated to "delivered" and I never got anything.

I looked up track718 on Trustpilot and found out other people had the exact same thing happen. It's been over a month and a half now. They offered me a partial refund through email but I didn't take it. I'm pretty sure I never would have actually gotten the money. I think they use the emails and the fake tracking number as proof if you try to dispute it. Also, the email addresses and the tracking website they give you keep changing. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company.
