Ordered clothes from a TikTok link, marked delivered but never got them

I saw a link on TikTok for Soliriel.com and ordered some clothing. I paid $36.18 for it. The tracking said it was delivered, but I never received any package. It just never showed up.

I tried to contact them about it. I sent an email to [email protected]. I never got any reply back from them. Nothing. It feels like I just lost that money.
