Ordered from Solrano and never got my items

I placed an order on solrano.com and my money, $44.98, came out of my account. The items never showed up. I tried to contact them through the email [email protected] and even called the number they have, (857) 763-1544.

When I finally got someone from customer service, they just said they were having problems with shipping and would get back to me soon. That was it. They never got back to me, and I still don't have my order or my money back. It's been a complete dead end.
